The Fall of Europe: Liberal Judges Excuse Migrant Monsters With “Migration Frustration” and “Vulnerability” Defenses Reveal Pure Hatred for Native Europeans
THE FALL
4/2/20263 min read

Europe is not falling because of economics or demographics alone. It is falling because its own judges have decided that native Europeans no longer deserve justice.
Three recent cases from the Netherlands and Germany lay bare the moral collapse. Liberal judges are openly inventing excuses to let migrant criminals walk free after the most heinous acts imaginable. They do not hide their contempt for the victims. They do not hide their preference for the perpetrators. They do it in open court, with full media coverage, and with zero fear of consequences.
This can no longer be excused by blaming it on something as simple and convenient as incompetence. It is ideological hatred dressed up as compassion.
Hamburg 2023, Judge Anne Meier-Göring Sets Eight Migrants Free After Gang-Raping a 15-Year-Old Girl
In one of the most evil rulings of the decade, German Judge Anne Meier-Göring acquitted eight migrant men (Afghan, Iraqi, Syrian, Moroccan, Turkish, and Bulgarian) of gang-raping a 15-year-old German girl for three hours. The judge’s reasoning? The girl had “provoked” them and the rapists suffered from “migration frustration.”
The girl was lured into a basement, drugged, and repeatedly raped while the men filmed it. The judge ruled that the perpetrators were “vulnerable” young men who had suffered from their migration experience, and that the victim had “asked for it” by her behavior. All eight men walked free.
This was a Judge openly declaring fealty in a war on native European girls. Meier-Göring did not merely fail to deliver justice, she actively sided with the rapists against the child they violated. Her words reveal a chilling contempt for her own people: the native girl is disposable, the migrant rapists are “victims.”
Netherlands, New Year’s Eve 2024, “Vulnerable and Brittle” Shooter Walks
On New Year’s Eve 2024 in the Netherlands, a Curaçao-born man named Sendric S. opened fire on random people, shooting them in the back of the head because he “wanted to get death.” Multiple victims were injured in what amounted to a mass shooting spree.
In court this week, his lawyer described him as a “vulnerable and brittle” man. The judge accepted this framing without challenge. The public is left wondering how many more random shootings will be excused as “mental fragility” caused by migration or “society.”
Germany 2025, Turkish Teen Shoots Police Officer Six Times, Walks Free
A Turkish teenager shot a German police officer multiple times in the head, face, neck, shoulder, abdomen, and back during an arrest attempt after robbing a gas station. He stole the officer’s own weapon and used it against him.
The court acquitted him of murder. The reason? He was “in a bad mood” due to a lack of prospects, suffered from schizophrenia and anxiety, and claimed he feared for his life. Instead of prison, he was sent to psychiatric detention.
"Such verdicts leave one stunned and amount to a free pass for all future perpetrators," said AfD co-leader Alice Weidel.
Rainer Wendt, federal chairman of the German Police Union, said, "I am speechless at such a verdict, and my thoughts are with the bereaved family of our colleague. They will feel abandoned by the justice system, and I can well understand that. To commit the robbery while fully conscious, and then to ruthlessly shoot his way out and kill someone, and then suddenly claim mental illness – that, in turn, is incomprehensible."
The officer’s widow sat in court opposite the man who killed her husband. The judge’s ruling sent a clear message. Migrant violence against police is understandable. Native lives are not.
The Pattern Is Not Random, It Is Ideological
These three cases are the new normal across Western Europe. Liberal judges, overwhelmingly women in these examples, routinely invent excuses such as “migration frustration,” “vulnerability,” “bad mood,” “trauma” to protect migrant perpetrators while native victims are treated as collateral damage or even blamed for their own suffering.
This is not mercy or compassion. It is hatred, pure and simple. A judge who can look at a gang-raped 15-year-old girl and decide the rapists deserve freedom because they are “frustrated migrants” has nothing but contempt for her own people. The same applies to the Dutch and German judges who prioritize the feelings of shooters and stabbers over the lives of their victims.
Europe’s judicial class has chosen sides. They can no longer claim to be neutral arbiters of justice. They are active participants in the demographic and cultural replacement of their own nations.
The victims, elderly men, teenage girls, police officers, ordinary citizens, are overwhelmingly native Europeans. The perpetrators are overwhelmingly migrants or their children. The judges know this. They simply no longer care.
This is the Fall of Europe in its most intimate and heartbreaking form: the people who are supposed to protect you are instead protecting the people who want to destroy you.
We will continue to document these cases because the pattern is undeniable and the hatred is real.
The European people deserve justice. Their judges have decided they do not.
